In Flew Enza

Anyway, no, I don't have Influenza (In Flew Enza, get it?). Just a common cold...sore throat, runny nose. The sore throat came to me all of a sudden last night, and when I woke up today my nose was (and still is) runny. Great. The timing is just 'perfect'! Two days before Therapy written/oral exam.

I'm not the only one who's sick nowadays. Seems like the crazy summer weather is affecting some of us - at times it's just too warm that you'll feel like showering every couple of hours. Then at times it's cold and rainy... and I'm a bit prone on getting cold due to sudden weather changes. :(

Treatment for me: Just the usuals...lots and lots of plain water, lots and lots of sleep, some anti-inflammatory lozenges for the sore throat (Difflam, Strepsils) and Claritin (Loratadine, usually for allergic reactions but is perfect for treating common cold symptoms as well).

You guys think that the examiners will pity me for being sick during exams?

I really hope so!
