The Green-Eyed Monster

That phrase means "jealousy" (from the association of envy with the color green). Because right now, I am jealous. Very jealous indeed.

I got a message from an ex-classmate of mine back from my primary and secondary school years right around the time I was starting my State Exams. She said that she has completed hers at Moscow Medical Academy, and I was awed. I was just about to start with the exams and she was already preparing to graduate?

And then today I spent a few minutes blog-hopping when my brain decided to be in its diluted mode, and saw that even the budding doctors at Russian State Medical University at Moscow have also completed their State Exams. And I still have THREE more papers to sit?

Well, good for them actually, because they have started doing their exams since fifth years if I'm not mistaken, while here in Kursk we will sit for all papers after completing our sixth year. At times like this, the famous Malay phrase "bersusah-susah dahulu, bersenang-senang kemudian" really comes to mind.

I so want to finish my State Exams A.S.A.P! To those yang dah habis exams & semua para pembaca blog ini, doakan saya yang masih belum habis exams ni ok?
